Process

  • STEP 1: Complete questionnaire and then purchase your custom template

  • STEP 2: Email logo for inclusion in template, if desired

  • STEP 3: A draft template will be emailed to the email you provided in the questionnaire within 3-5 business days

  • STEP 4: Review draft template and submit revisions as needed (There are 2 revisions included in this package)

  • STEP 5: The final template will be delivered to you via email

Included: 1 Microsoft Word template (can also be converted to Google Docs), 2 revisions, Brief Guiding Instructions for Filling Out Each Section, Up to 4 pages total

Please Note: This is a template only, this document will not be filled out with your project information but instead it will provide guidance on how you are to fill out each section.

Examples: Waterfall project templates, agile templates, meeting templates, reporting templates, manuals, guides, checklists, scripts, invoices, etc.

Template Delivery: Your completed template will be delivered to your email in 3-5 business days

Number of Pages: This template can be no more than 4 pages total (excluding title page and table of contents, if desired)

Template Type: This template will be made in Microsoft Word or Google Docs only, this will not be a PowerPoint or Excel document. For Google Doc templates, please note if converted from Microsoft Word it may be slightly different due to available fonts and functionality in Google Docs.
